TRIPP Training Cost Breakdown


 

TRAINING COST

  • $2500 for medical (prescribing) providers

  • $2000 for non-prescribing clinicians

  • DEPOSIT

    • $500 to secure your spot

  • REMAINING BALANCE

    • Will be sent to you in an invoice and is due 2 weeks before the first day of the training

  • If you’re a scholarship recipient, the training cost will be completely covered; you will need to cover the cost for your travel, lodging, and meals except for lunch on Thursday - Saturday.

LODGING

  • Nearby hotels range from $99 to $288 per night.

  • Trainees will typically arrive on Wednesday night (training starts Thursday morning) and either head out Sunday evening or Monday morning (training ends Sunday in the early afternoon).

  • There are several options for nearby hotels within 10 minutes of the training site. Once you’ve secured your spot, you will receive an informational email with a link to nearby hotels so you can assess the best option for you.

  • MINIMUM HOTEL PRICE:

    • $99 x 4 nights = $396

    • $99 X 5 nights = $495

  • MIDDLE HOTEL PRICE:

    • $160 x 4 nights = $640

    • $160 x 5 nights = $800

  • MAXIMUM HOTEL PRICE:

    • $288 x 4 nights = $1,152

    • $288 x 5 nights = $1,440

TRAVELING IN TUCSON ESTIMATES

  • LYFT from Tucson International Airport to Training Site: $23-$40

  • LYFT from Nearby Hotel to Training Site: $10-$13

    • A messaging group is created for each cohort which creates a good opportunity to connect with trainees before/during/after the training. You can utilize this opportunity to set up a carpool with fellow trainees as an option to save on traveling costs to and from the training site.

FOOD

  • Lunch is covered throughout the training and is included in the training cost.

  • Breakfast for 4 or 5 days

    • Rough Estimate: $10 to $20 per day

  • Dinner for 4 or 5 days

    • Rough Estimate: $20 to $40 per day

EXAMPLE OF DAILY SCHEDULE:

Morning Check-In —- Didactic Training —- Lunch —- KAP Experiential LearningClosing

Participants will alternate experiential learning days so they can experience both the patient and clinician side of ketamine-assisted psychotherapy. Each trainee will get 2 opportunities to hold space and 2 opportunities to engage in KAP as the patient. Participation in the experiential learning is 100% optinal.

We do not guarantee requested experiential days and encourage folks to plan for a Monday departure if there are any concerns about traveling and having their experiential days on Friday and Sunday.
